For all Key Workers/Essential Workers –
Sanitise stations and social distancing signs are located at all entrances.
Check in is done from a 2 metre distance and we have a permanent screen up on our reception desk. All pens,keys and card machine are sanitised for all individual guest check in.
Check out is simply leaving your key on the reception desk when you leave and we will email you your receipt.
A breakfast bag is included in your room rate. We do not offer dinner but we have cutlery and plates for take-aways/ready meals and a guest microwave/fridge/freezer for you to use. We also have a guest laundrette for you to use free of charge.
There is a coffee machine where you can help yourself to a takeaway coffee or tea.
You can simply book direct on our website and we will then need you to email us proof that you are a Keyworker from your employer before we can process your booking.
After each guest departs the room it is thoroughly cleaned with detergent and disenfectant and clean cloths for each room.
All linen and towels are double bagged and sent to the laundry after 72 hours.
All cushions and throws have been removed to avoid the spread of Covid19 so we apologise for the rooms looking bare.
During your stay your room is left undisturbed until you check out so daily cleaning is not possible for the moment. If you are staying longterm we may need to move you to another room so that we can enter to clean it.
Guests of Keyworkers are not permitted to visit during your stay to keep us all safe so please don’t bring partners with you unless they can prove they are a key worker/Essential worker and can prove they are working.
The hotel is manned 24 hours, has a Covid 19 Risk assessment and our fire safety is up to date so rest assured you’re in safe hands staying with us 🙂
