With more restaurants, bars and bistros than you could shake a menu at (including dog-friendly options), you will be able to choose from a huge range of eateries spanning all corners of the globe. From traditional Cornish fodder with fresh fish of the day, to gourmet burger joints reminiscent of New York streets to exotic foods infused with exciting spices, there will be no end to your culinary exploration.
Of course, no holiday in Cornwall would be complete without long hours lazing on golden beaches, tracing coast paths, wandering windswept moors and tunnelling betwixt the adumbral sprawl of ancient woodland. Captivated by the endless beauty and pulled along by the promise of discovery, you can pack your bag with bundles of goodies from reception and Truro’s collection of delis, shops and markets. Come summer or winter, nothing will beat the dribble-inducing reward of a hot pasty or buttered saffron bun as the sun beams down from above.
If you feel like having a night in, you are always welcome to pick up some tasty bits to stow in the fridge and heat in the microwave (available for use until 10pm) here at the hotel. Of course, there are lots of great takeaways nearby too (many of which offer delivery), so feel free to make use of the lounge and curl up with piping hot plates of deliciousness before crashing out in your room, happy and replete!
