Trebah is the ultimate in dog friendly days out in Cornwall! Rated among one of the 80 Finest Gardens in the World, Trebah is a sub-tropical paradise!
With a stunning selection of plants and trees, a beautiful pond with a pretty bridge and a private beach at the bottom where you can order Cornish ice cream, it has everything you need for a fun day out with Fido!
100 year old Rhododendrons, Magnolias, Camellias and giant Gunnera, Trebah is so picturesque, it’s like a Monet painting brought to life, vibrant, colourful and with so much to see and smell.
Dogs are welcome free of charge and we saw lots of other canine buddies which was nice for Murphy. Dog poop bags are provided on arrival and there are designated dog-friendly tables in the Trebah Kitchen. Murphy particularly liked visiting the beach and trying out the ice cream for himself! Dogs must be kept on lead at all times but this in no way affected our day out, we had the best time and Murphy slept the entire way back to Truro, worn out from the excitement!
