We are following all government guidelines to keep our guests and team members safe.
These include minimum contact between staff and guests, risk assessments, staff training, PPE provision and strict cleaning practices. Hand sanitiser for staff and guests is always available.
Face masks are required in all public areas – unless seated whilst having breakfast or having drinks in the lounge or bar.
Things may be a little different still, but thank you for your cooperation, and we very much look forward to normal service resuming for us all!
Easy Check In & Check Out
Check in is from 3pm until 9pm. Payment will be taken from your allocated card 24 hours prior to arrival.
To check out, simply leave your key on the reception desk, and we will email your receipt.
Hotel bookings may be cancelled or transferred up to 24 hours notice prior to arrival. If you have any symptoms of COVID before you are due to stay, please do not travel. Call us to amend or cancel your booking. To speak to one of our team members call 01872 272 450.
